Welcome to my coaching site! My name is Terry, and I am a certified life coach located in Aberdeen, passionately committed to supporting you in your journey of personal and professional development. Throughout my life, I have grappled with feelings of inadequacy, often thinking that I wasn’t good enough in school, despite being intelligent. I understand how these negative thoughts can weigh you down, but I’m here to tell you they are simply not true. In my coaching sessions I will guide you in believing in yourself, clearing your mind of doubts, and focusing on what truly matters to you.
